How do I book online?
Select the service, date and time, and simply follow the instructions on screen. We require a credit card to secure all appointments — over the phone and through our online booking system.
What if I’m late?
After 10 minutes, we may not be able to offer you the service as booked. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy (below).
Can I request a specific Artist or Skin Educator?
Each of our Artists and Skin Educators is highly trained to provide consistent results through our Liveo Method. For a specific request, please contact the studio directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need to tip?
Gratuity is greatly appreciated and can be given directly to your Artist or Skin Educator in cash. We also accept gratuity via credit card, debit or Apple Pay.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and cash.
Do you have parking?
We don’t have dedicated parking for Liveo guests, but street parking is available around the studio on Kingsway.
Do you have a referral program?
Tell your bestie(s) and you both receive 10% off your next treatment or product. The best part? There are no limits.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Unfortunately the health department limits us from accommodating them in our studio.

A few house rules.
Cancellations
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Same‑day bookings are subject to a 50% late‑cancellation fee.
No-shows
If you don’t cancel and don’t show up for your appointment, you’ll be charged the full cost of your service.
Feeling unwell
If you’re showing symptoms of a cold, fever or flu, we’ll ask you to reschedule — with a 50% charge to rebook — to keep everyone safe.
Groups of four or more
An 18% gratuity is added to group bookings, which require 48 hours’ notice to avoid the late‑cancellation charge. Email us to coordinate.
